Braided chicken

Our signature plate for our biggest gourmets! Our grandchildren cannot get enough of it. Chicken can be replaced by another meat or simply by fish. However, we can also offer a vegetable-only option!

Garlic bread

A great local classic. In Vendée we call it "préfou". We generally eat it as a warm appetizer. Its taste reminds us of Burgundy snails, but without parsley, nor snails!
